Terms of Use
Effective November 1, 2026
US Contractor Network is a directory of home-services contractors, built and run by Lionific Marketing in Tampa, Florida. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Listings are published information, not guarantees
Business listings on this site are built from publicly available information so that each business owner can claim, correct, and complete their own page. Listings are provided as published information, as-is. Business details — services, areas served, phone numbers, prices — can change at any time, and a listing is not a promise about any business's work, availability, or pricing. Always confirm details directly with the business before hiring.
Demonstration pages
Some pages on this site are trade showcases. They are clearly labeled demonstrations with fictional business names and sample phone numbers. No ratings, reviews, or endorsements are fabricated anywhere on this site.
Featured placements
Where a listing or page carries paid or featured placement, it is labeled as such. Placement never changes what a listing says about a business's services.
Claiming or correcting a listing
If a listing is yours, you can claim it or ask for a correction using the claim form on that business's page, by email at mail@lionificmarketing.com, or by phone at (813) 444-0482. We may ask you to verify that you represent the business before making changes. You can also ask for a listing to be removed.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee that a listing, a claimed page, or any related service will produce calls, leads, jobs, or revenue. Directory services are provided as described at the time they are offered, and results vary by business and market.
Your responsibilities
- Information you submit must be accurate and about a business you own or are authorized to represent.
- Do not use this site to send spam, false claims, or another business's information without permission.
Site content
The design, text, and structure of this site belong to Lionific Marketing. Business names and facts in listings belong to the businesses they describe.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
